Questions
Repair questions
Why does my outlet not work?
Often it's a tripped GFCI outlet somewhere else on the same circuit, like in a bathroom, garage or outside, so check and press reset on those first. If that doesn't fix it, it could be a loose connection or a failed outlet, which we can find and fix.
Can you add an outlet or light where there isn't one?
Usually, yes. We can add outlets, switches, and recessed or ceiling lights in most homes, often by fishing wire through existing walls and ceilings to keep patching to a minimum.
Can I replace a light fixture with a ceiling fan?
Often, but a fan needs a box rated to hold its weight and movement, which many light boxes aren't. We swap in a fan-rated box and wire the fan and its controls properly.
Do you take small jobs?
